Domestic ground shipping is $12 for orders below $50, and free for orders $50 and above.

Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 48 hours of the following business day. Orders generally will arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.
Yes. However due to shipping guidelines for items containing alcohol, eau de parfum is limited to 4 units per expedited shipment. Any order including more than 4 Signature Fragrance Sets with expedited shipping will be split into multiple shipments.

Our Ritual Oil and Balancing Mist are vegan-friendly product. However, our Cleansing Balm, Moisture Rich Balm, and Restorative Mask all contain animal by-products such as honey and beeswax and would not be considered vegan.

Our skincare products are formulated without synthetic fragrances—the scent of our products comes from various natural essential oil blends.

Our products, when stored properly, expire 6 months after opening. Please store products in a cool, dry place and discontinue use after this period of time.

To recycle our packaging, please separate each piece and recycle the dust liners, lids, sprayers, and caps separately. Our jars and bottles cannot be recycled. Please always check with your local authority to ensure your recycling properly.

Oak Essentials products are designed to work as a skincare system. The first step in the routine is the Cleansing Balm, which works to remove makeup and impurities. Next, we suggest a few sprays of the Balancing Face Mist to hydrate the skin, followed by a few drops of the Ritual Oil. Lastly, seal it all in with the Moisture Rich Balm. We recommend using the Restorative Face Mask a few times a week following the Cleansing Balm.
We suggest layering serums after the Balancing Face Mist and before the Ritual Oil and Moisture Rich Balm.
The blue tansy in the Ritual Oil is naturally blue-to-green in appearance. Since blue tansy is a natural essential oil, it can be prone to color change. This is a naturally-occurring process that may take place, but does not affect the safety or efficacy of the product. For best results, please avoid exposing the Ritual Oil to light and elevated temperatures.
We currently do not offer samples, but if you decide to try a full-sized product and are unhappy for any reason, we'd be happy to help with a refund!
If the texture of your Moisture Rich Balm isn't what you expected, don't worry! Due to the nature of our formulas and the fact that all of our ingredients are natural, slight variations in textures or consistencies are totally normal. These usually occur due to temperature changes in transit and will not affect the efficacy or quality of your Moisture Rich Balm. If your Moisture Rich Balm is softer than you'd like, simply place the jar in your refrigerator overnight and it will solidify to a firmer consistency. In the morning, let it come up to room temperature and apply as usual! If you live in a hotter climate, we recommend storing your Moisture Rich Balm in a cooler part of the house or away from direct sunlight to keep solid.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for an Oak Essentials subscription, you will receive 15% off every shipment as well as double points on all subscription orders. You can subscribe to as many or as few Oak Essentials products as you'd like, including bundles like The Routine. You also have the flexibility to set your subscription schedule to every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days.
You can enroll in our subscription service by visiting the product page of the particular item you would like to subscribe to and selecting Subscribe and Save before adding the item to your cart. After adding the item to your cart, you will be prompted to set your subscription schedule to every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days.

Select the subscription you wish to modify, then you can pick your preferred shipping cadence (30, 60, 90 or 120 days), skip an upcoming order, select a new charge date, add or remove a product on your existing subscription, change the shipping address, or update your payment information.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account on oakessentials.com and select Subscriptions to view your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you wish to cancel, select Cancel Subscription and your reason for canceling, and confirm the cancellation. You can reactivate a canceled subscription at any time.

Cancellations to subscriptions can also be made over text. Simply text our team at 310-730-5325 and let us know that you would like to cancel your subscription. We will follow up directly to confirm the cancellation.
